Terms

These terms apply to this website, which is operated by Kaufman Carpet Cleaning Inc (“Kaufman Carpet Cleaning”, “we”, “us”). By using the website you agree to them.

Requests and estimates

Sending a request through a form or the website assistant does not book a service. Our office will contact you to confirm the details, the price and the schedule. An estimate is based on the information available when it is given and may change once we see the job.

The website assistant is automated. Its replies are general information and can be wrong. Our office confirms services, prices and scheduling.
